Lone Star International Film Festival

FOT will be screening at the Lone Star IFF in Fort Worth, Texas on Sat 14th of November at 5:00pm. Looks like a fotastic festival with another great short, Don Hertzfeldts ' I'm So Proud Of You ', also playing.

FOT a Winner

FOT was not surprised to pick up the best international animation award at the rhysently completed Illinois IFF. So congratulations to Illinois for recognising.

AUSTIN FILM FESTIVAL

known as the screen writers festival of festivals, the Austin FF is on now. FOT was written by Alex Dron, Karl Wills and Rhys Darby and is playing at the fest with some fantastic shorts from around the globe.

FOT FOLK FAN ART

Wow, a big thanks to Maree Hancock from Hamilton, NZ for this stylish cross stitch. In more festival news, FOT is playing at the opening night of the Milwaukee Short Film Festival on the 11th of Sept and is nominated for best animation at the Rome International Film Festival also on the 11th of Sept.

This is the outskirts of the township of Gacton...FOTs stomping ground. In unrelated upcoming festival news, FOT is having his European Premiere at the Strasbourg International Film Festival on August 31st. Also thanks to everyone who turned up to the Academy accredited Rhode Island IFF screenings held rhysently.

LA SHORTS FEST

Just an example of the hot talent that's on show at the 13th Annual LA Shorts Fest.

As officially recognized by the Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts and Sciences, some of these films may go on to receive Oscar nominations. In the past, 33 films have received Oscar nominations with 11 winning the coveted Oscar statue."
